STORE shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 days to process Non-Pre-order products. 15-25 days to process Pre-order products. Expect an email shipped by local USPS to let you know your order is on the way!

Domestic Shipping – All orders come with free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

Cancellations – After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

Returns – Returns will be accepted within 7 days. For more details, please visit https://www.keenaij.com/shipping-returns

Delayed Orders – In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

Damaged Orders – KeenAI Jewelry is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Shipping Restrictions – Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. 

                            – Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.

For all Pre-order products:

The process you need to know:

1. Place Your Order

2. Order Processing: Upon receiving your order, I will place an order with our Chinese suppliers on the same day, or at the latest by the next day. Each handmade product takes 7 days to create. Please be patient, as these are truly handcrafted.

After around 7 days, Suppliers ship the goods to a transit center.

Quality Check: Upon arrival, our agent will inspect the products for any damage during transit. If there’s any issue, I will contact you via email to discuss the possibility of canceling the order for a full refund. If everything is good, he will ship to the US via DHL to me with a bulk of orders, I will dispatch the items to you via USPS, and you will receive a system email with a tracking number.

Delivery Time: The entire process typically takes about 15-- 25 business days. You may cancel your order at any time without any pre-order fees.

Policy Against Malicious Orders: Customers found to be placing malicious orders or making malicious returns will be permanently blacklisted.

I will try my best to communicate with the store and request priority handling of international orders to speed up the entire shipping process.
